- Desktop: step 4 applies the Claude Code direct-delivery default (
{"default":true}, desktop v2026.10.14 / relay-desktop#332). It keeps ahold/refusethe person set. An unreadable or unrecognized settings file stops and asks rather than enabling. The checks require the flags to be explicitlyfalsefor a kept choice. - Sessions: Teams handoff accepts a kept choice.
hold: the person approves the held reply.refuse: setup is blocked on the person's choice (Claude sessions only; Codex is unaffected).- The opt-in is offered, and delivery is enabled only on a yes. Completion stays tied to the round trip.
- The review threads on the earlier head (Devin, Codex, Cursor, cubic, CodeRabbit) were fixed at the source in AgentWorkforce/skills#149.
Verification (local):
- The vendored SKILL.md files are byte-identical to skills main.

Overview
Vendors updated Agent Relay setup skills used by /signup/agent/teams and /signup/agent/flows via prpm.lock (desktop 1.1.7, sessions 0.2.6, writing-relayflows 1.6.2).
Desktop setup now applies Claude Code direct delivery with POST {"default":true} instead of always forcing {"enabled":true}. Existing crossSessionInbound values hold / refuse are preserved and surfaced as direct_delivery_user_choice; unreadable or unknown settings stop setup rather than overwriting. Older desktops that reject default fall back to a shared claude_inbound_choice() helper and stricter jq checks in sections 4, 5, and 8. Webhook/integration injection tests and undo docs account for kept choices.
Sessions handoff mirrors that model: verification accepts direct delivery off when a kept choice is confirmed; round-trip steps explain hold (approve held replies) vs refuse (blocked until explicit opt-in to enable delivery).
writing-relayflows tightens guidance away from legacy @relayflows/core, documents required cli on a parallel consensus agent, and warns to validate dispatch input before shell interpolation.
