Add six music business workflows to Recoup MCP cards
Adds six concrete music business workflows to the Recoup MCP extension's Catalog cards: Add a release, Check my release metadata, Import my catalog, Check my song credits, Explain this music contract, and Organize my publishing.
Each card describes its inputs and intended results and routes to the corresponding skill from recoupable/skills#180 through the existing capability-aware chat handoff. These cards do not add backend importers or registration operations. No example videos are assigned to file-review workflows.
Validation: 17 extension tests pass, including discovery/handoff for every new card and all six titles in the HTML served through the real MCP resource protocol; lint and changed-file formatting pass. Browser preview confirms all six render and publishing search finds its card.
This change only adds catalog data, its import, and tests; it leaves the concurrent Explore/direct-chat UX work in #994 untouched.
