Users need specific music-business tasks with recognizable results: add a release, check release metadata, import a catalog, check song credits, explain a music contract, and organize publishing. Add six self-contained public skills for those tasks, with concrete inputs, source references, outputs and completion criteria.

Each workflow can review authorized supplied material with host file tools and use supported Recoup operations when available. Instructions distinguish local worksheets, saved links, retrieved metadata and verified hosted writes; they do not claim to ship missing importers or authorize distribution, rights registration or financial actions. Shared guidance preserves recording/composition/release identity, private storage, version history and uncertain matches.

Add README/resolver entries and 18 positive routing fixtures with cross-skill negatives; synchronize all plugin/marketplace manifests at 2.3.0.

Validation: all five repository gates pass (portability, vendored drift, manifests, resolver reachability and structural resolver evaluation), git diff --check passes, and all six standalone .skill packages validate. Structural fixtures do not demonstrate model routing or live customer workflows; no paid LLM evaluation or live customer import was run.
