Updates the deployment-pinned Sites skill bundle to recoupable/skills revision 93101a7ad37e4ec898fca578c8dc0bfb36f32b78 (skills PR #167). The existing builder and production model/review calls receive the game-craft guidance through skill and buildAndReview.

Adds fixed visual targets, staged art refinement, evidence-based review and stuck-repair diagnosis instructions without changing runtime orchestration or output schemas. Source: https://github.com/recoupable/skills/pull/167 — merge the skill PR first.

Validation: three loader tests pass, API lint passes, bundle text matches committed source exactly, and git diff --check passes. No production build has been run with this bundle yet; creative improvement remains to be evaluated after deployment.
