Base-red-job: macOS clippy (scripts/ci/cmux-tui-rust-check.sh clippy, --os macos)

Fixes #31721

0272db645eb (#31189) added BIND_FILE, crate::config::Paths, SCOPED_INSTALL_KEY_FILE and SCOPED_RECEIPT at module level in cmux-tui/crates/cmux-host/src/identity.rs. Their only user, scoped(), is #[cfg(any(target_os = "linux", test))]. On macOS they are unused, so clippy -D warnings stops in cmux-host with 4 errors. Every agent's macOS clippy proof hits it.

Fix: the four items get the same #[cfg(any(target_os = "linux", test))] as scoped(). No code is deleted. Linux and the tests compile the same items as before. INSTALL_KEY_FILE stays unconditional because record() uses it on every platform.

Observed / Not run

Fleet, cmux-ci run --class isolated --os macos --script scripts/ci/cmux-tui-rust-check.sh --arg clippy:

Not run: Linux clippy and the cmux-host tests (the change keeps every Linux and test item; CI runs Linux clippy).
