Home Channels: switch Chief replies between Messages and Transcript

Home Channels gains a per-conversation Messages | Transcript choice. Messages remains the default with the existing run cards and sheet. Transcript places every stored run step above its Chief reply, using the sheet's shared tool, thought, text, link and attachment rendering. Live and silent runs stay beside the question until a reply is available.

The choice persists locally per conversation. Transcript discovers summaries through the existing conversation owner and loads paginated run steps only when their row enters the viewport. The observer disconnects on unmount; step mapping is memoized within each run and does not subscribe to streamed reply text. No new transport or native renderer changes.

Leo's words:

"i also want you to be able to be like a point of contact for chief if possible... 1. the chatgpt desktop apps’ views for chatgpt and codex only really differ by the whole situation on the tool calls... and ofc what capabilities they start with (and stay with?) so actually the whole imessage view of chief should be able to be interchangeable with the gui. like straight up. one for the other. stand-in. so you shoul dbe able to look like chief with those hidden tool calls, and chief should be able to look like you/have the same level of capabilities as you"

Scope: (a2) of https://github.com/manaflow-ai/cmuxterm-hq/issues/5774. Prior art read: #26965 (persistent run messages), #27051 (native Home messages), #24096 (run cost labels), #27745 (native scroll restoration). Existing Messages behavior and run-sheet output are preserved. Home Channels is not mapped in .github/design-surfaces.json.

Validation: regression tests cover all step kinds/order, presentation persistence and switching, inline placement, observer cleanup, and lazy historical hydration. Fleet Home Channels suite result will be recorded here when the run completes. Risk is presentation and historical run visibility; no Chief brain, Rust, or Swift changes.
