fix(cmux-next): the agent pane bundles harnessStatus.css (nightly-next red)
Leo, 2026-10-24: "why arent nightlies up yet".
Problem
nightly-next run 40073451596 at 39e07dce42 failed at "Build the web bundles (cmux-next)":
error: the agent pane imports webviews/src/agent-session/acpmux/harnessStatus.css but build-agent-pane-web.sh does not add it to the page's styles
HarnessStatusCard.tsx (11c3f51b905, #24796) imports harnessStatus.css, but the agent pane build script never concatenated it. This is the same class of base red as DispatchCard.css (b9df372f997) and ContextSection.css (#23939). #24161 (open) would derive the list from the imports for good.
Fix
Add $SRC/acpmux/harnessStatus.css to the pane's styles.css concatenation, next to harnesses/harnesses.css. The file has no @import, so a plain cat is right.
Verification
The script's own import check (the imported-sheets loop) is what failed. This PR's "cmux-next web bundles" job runs it. No app build on big-red, per the rules.
Agent session: big-red

Summary by cubic
Fixes the cmux-next nightly build failure by bundling harnessStatus.css into the agent pane's styles. HarnessStatusCard imports the stylesheet, but the build script never concatenated it, so the script's import check rejected the web bundle step.
