cmux NEXT: fleet app builds pass the web step again (agent pane bundles ContextSection.css)

Summary

Every fleet app build of feat-cmux-next fails at the web step since https://github.com/manaflow-ai/cmux/pull/23789:

web: error: the agent pane imports webviews/src/agent-session/acpmux/inspector/ContextSection.css but build-agent-pane-web.sh does not add it to the page's styles

That PR added ContextSection.css (imported by ContextSection.tsx) without listing it in scripts/cmux-next/build-agent-pane-web.sh, so the bundle's missing-sheet check refuses it. This adds the sheet next to the other Inspector styles. In the app this also means the Inspector's Context section is styled at all; until now only the dev server loaded the sheet.

Testing

  • Failing on the base: fleet build job 842c7dd6099fa815c87c5acd (commit 87d55627, built from feat-cmux-next plus an unrelated Swift-only change) stopped at the web step with the error above.
  • I compared every import "*.css" under webviews/src/agent-session with the script: ContextSection.css is the only sheet the pane's main bundle imports that the script didn't list.

Observed / Not run

Changelog

Fixed: The agent chat Inspector's Context section is styled in the app

Proof

No capture: build-script fix. The visible effect is the Inspector Context section's styles, which https://github.com/manaflow-ai/cmux/pull/23789 already showed from the dev server.

Summary by cubic

Fixes the feat-cmux-next fleet app web build by listing the Inspector's ContextSection.css in build-agent-pane-web.sh.

PR #23789 added ContextSection.css but didn't add it to the build script, so the missing-sheet check failed every fleet app build at the web step. The fix also styles the Inspector's Context section in the app; until now only the dev server loaded the sheet.
