#24766 feat(gallery): add workflow detail sheet

Summary

This stacked gallery slice adds the dynamic-workflow detail sheet/tab. It reuses the summary entry from #24764 and adds light/dark detail variants with phases on the left, selected-phase agents on the right, per-phase counts and model labels, elapsed time, a transcript tab, and local Pause/Stop/Save affordances.

Testing

• bun run typecheck (webviews): passed; no type errors in 2569 files.
• python3 scripts/cmux-next/prepush-gate.py: passed; no new violations.
• Direct Bun import of agent-pane.dynamic-workflow: passed; all 6 variants loaded.
• Diff against cx-dynamic-workflow-summary is 105 additions and 1 deletion; no standalone missing imports because the base PR supplies the shared entry/styles.
• No app build, test suite, or local browser capture was run on this host. Fleet capture remains unverified.
