feat(gallery): add dynamic workflow summaries
Summary
The gallery adds two public-safe Claude-style dynamic-workflow summary placements: an inline row after the latest message and a pinned summary above the transcript. Each has light and dark variants and shows the large-workflow warning, 37/101 agents done, elapsed time, token budget, progress sparkline, phase counts with model labels, and local pause/stop/save affordances. This is gallery-only; controls update local labels and never change production session semantics.

The detail sheet/tab with phases on the left and selected-phase agents on the right follows in a stacked PR so this review stays within the hard change-size limit.
Testing
bun run typecheck(webviews): passed; no type errors in 2569 files.python3 scripts/cmux-next/prepush-gate.py: passed; no new violations.- Direct Bun import of
agent-pane.dynamic-workflow: passed; 4 summary variants plus pinned transcript proof loaded (inline and pinned, light/dark). - Changed-file design-token and type-scale scans: passed.
- Diff is 568 additions (under the 799-line limit); no standalone missing imports.
- No app build, test suite, or local browser capture was run on this host. Fleet capture remains unverified.
