What changed

Removed

Chief front page: the compact glass import row that #23940 added (ImportSuggestionRowView). This includes its wiring in HomeHostView, the first-run panel's accessory slot in HomeFirstRunView, and setFirstRunAccessory / firstRunAccessoryChanged.
New Tab: the Claude Code and Codex import cards. On the Swift side this is AgentPaneImportCards, the importCards page push and the importCards.act op (decoding, model, page host, bridge replay). On the web side it is NewTabImportCards.tsx, its importCards.ts store, applyImportCards, the pageHost case and the dev-host stub.
Dead code: ImportCardDeck's home/newTab surfaces and their caps and 24 h linger (the deck now lists only what Settings › Import shows); ImportSuggestionsCenter's push to New Tab; ImportCards' row layout and its CSS; the gallery's New Tab variants. The Settings variants still cover the request, running, paused and dismiss states.
Strings: importSuggestions.list.title ("Bring your stuff to cmux") and importSuggestions.button.showAll. They are removed from ImportSuggestions.xcstrings and ImportSuggestionStrings because no code uses them now.

Tests/CmuxNextAppTests/ImportSuggestionRemovedTests.swift replaces HomeImportSuggestionRowTests.swift:

theChiefFrontPageHasNoImportSuggestion: a real HomeHostView for an empty conversation has no cmux.home.importSuggestion view, no Import* view and no "Bring your stuff" text anywhere in its first-run panel.
theNewTabHasNoImportCards: the agent page has no importCards.act op, and a page that posts one is refused as unsupported.
thePalettesImportCommandStillOpensSettingsImport: import.open is a palette action, it is bound by ImportSuggestionsCenter.bind, and running it opens #/settings/import.

ImportCardDeckTests now tests the one list (Settings) instead of each surface.
