Feat(sources): application sources, with expressions and auto-update (9/21)

Stack 9/21 · after #960 · next #962 · uses KubeVela kubevela/kubevela#7422 at runtime

Targets main but builds on #960, so the earlier stack commits show here too: review the last commit only. Merge after #960.

Description of your changes

Applications can declare sources from VelaUX:

  • add and edit them in a dialog, with the definition's form;
  • chain them with $( ) expressions, with hints from the application's own sources;
  • set auto-update per source.

Only source types usable where the application deploys are offered, and the expressions opt-in is kept when an Application is synced in from the cluster.

  • Read and followed KubeVela's contribution process.
  • Related Docs updated properly. In a new feature or configuration option, an update to the documentation is necessary.
  • Run yarn lint to ensure the frontend changes are ready for review.
  • Run make reviewableto ensure the server changes are ready for review.
  • Added backport release-x.y labels to auto-backport this PR if necessary.
