Feat(application): status details, dependencies, pending traits and applied policies (6/21)

Targets main but builds on #957, so the earlier stack commits show here too: review the last commit only. Merge after #957.

Description of your changes

The application status shows more of what KubeVela already reports:

  • Status details of a component or trait (status.details), on the graph's hover cards.
  • Dependencies: what each component waits on, from dependsOn, inputs or a property expression, with expression reads marked. The Depends On picker no longer offers a component that would close a cycle.
  • Pending traits show as pending while their workload comes up, not as failed.
  • Applied policies, global ones included, each with its scope (built-in, workload, application).

I have:

  • Read and followed KubeVela's contribution process.
  • Related Docs updated properly. In a new feature or configuration option, an update to the documentation is necessary.
  • Run yarn lint to ensure the frontend changes are ready for review.
  • Run make reviewableto ensure the server changes are ready for review.
  • Added backport release-x.y labels to auto-backport this PR if necessary.

Special notes for your reviewer

  • A malformed status.dependencies is skipped rather than failing the whole status; there's a test for it.
