#957 Chore: bump KubeVela to the 1.12 line, with fixes for addons, the JS cache and Cloud Shell (5/21)

Description of your changes

Builds against the KubeVela 1.12 line (and regenerates the API schema), then four fixes that showed up on it:

Addon with an untyped property in its schema	the addon page fails to render	the field renders as free text
Updating a registry without re-entering its token	the token Secret is dropped	the existing credentials are kept
Several pages loading at once	concurrent requests race on the JS file cache	the cache is guarded
Cloud Shell	the terminal never connects (401 on its view page)	the view page's requests carry a cookie, and it connects

Fixes #

I have:

• Read and followed KubeVela's contribution process.
• Related Docs updated properly. In a new feature or configuration option, an update to the documentation is necessary.
• Run yarn lint to ensure the frontend changes are ready for review.
• Run make reviewableto ensure the server changes are ready for review.
• Added backport release-x.y labels to auto-backport this PR if necessary.

Special notes for your reviewer

• The bump is first so everything above it builds against the same KubeVela.
• The Cloud Shell terminal also needs an image with a current vela; that's a separate change in the cloudshell repo and the catalog addon.
