Pre-cut changelog for senpi 2026.10.13, docs only. Folds the two LOW nits from the Opus review of #3258 (receipt code-yeongyu_senpi#3258-099897ddf9-1791888641585.md):

  • packages/coding-agent/CHANGELOG.md [Unreleased] Changed: the subscription lane now runs Claude Code 2.1.296 (claude-agent-sdk 0.3.296).
  • packages/coding-agent/changes.md: the #3258 entry also names the root package-lock.json and packages/coding-agent/install-lock/package-lock.json (insert-only; the tracker gate forbids removals).

Pre-cut audit: all 16 PRs merged since v2026.10.12 checked against [Unreleased]. Every user-facing PR has its bullet; #3162/#3235/#3256 are no-changelog, #3177 touches only QA scripts, #3219 (@devxoul) only tests. No pty change since v2026.10.12 (its [Unreleased] entries already shipped; senpi#3128).
