fix(marketing): prose lint path for the moved CTASection

#9179 moved CTASection to Footer/components/CTASection, but lint:prose in apps/marketing/package.json still passes the old path. Vale stops with "argument ... does not exist", so the Vale prose lint check fails on every PR (e.g. #9184).

One-line path fix. bun run lint:prose passes locally (0 errors).
