feat(marketing): full-screen footer with globe grid and closing CTA

What

The marketing footer now fills the screen below the header, modeled on paxai.com:

  • Closing CTA in the footer. "Smash your backlog." with the download and GitHub buttons. CTASection moved into Footer/components/, so every page ends with it. The per-page copies (home, automations, browser, pages, plugins, team) are removed so it doesn't show twice. The CLI install box is dropped so the footer fits on one screen.
  • Globe grid backdrop. A projected globe (meridians every 15°, parallels every 20°, tilted 18°) in dark lines. A white copy shows in a circle around the mouse, the same hover light as EdgeGlare. usePointerVars is promoted to app/[lang]/hooks/ because two components now share it. Mouse only, so touch devices see just the dark grid.
  • Layout. Product links split into two columns of six. Legal links move to a bottom bar with the copyright and language switcher. On tablet, the logo, socials and SOC 2 badge sit in one row. Short screens (height 800px or less) get less padding and a smaller headline.
  • i18n. The new headline is translated for all 16 locales, with a translator note to use a local idiom instead of a literal "smash". The removed strings ("Legal", the install line, the old headline) dropped out of the catalogs.

Verification

  • Screenshots of the footer over CDP at 1920×1080, 1440×900, 1280×720, 1024×768, 768×1024 and 390×844. On every desktop and tablet size the footer is exactly the viewport height minus the 64px header. On phones it grows taller than the screen because of the link count.
  • Hover checked by sending mouse moves over CDP: the lines light up near the cursor.
  • Checked the ja locale at 1440.
  • tsc --noEmit, biome, bun run check:i18n (0 missing in every locale) and the marketing bun test suite (201 pass) all pass.
