What changed

  • recorded an exhaustive all-status review of 1,866 pre-change pm items and 30,491 immutable history events on the canonical living-roadmap, CLI simplification, SDK-first, scale, history, context-ranking, and governance items
  • documented the complete 73-command noun/verb consolidation map, the SDK-only universal-platform sequence, the million-item and decade-scale verification matrix, and the existing 22-part context algorithm catalog
  • added pm-szdc, the one duplicate-checked gap found: hide runtime completion helper entrypoints from default agent discovery while preserving shell completion behavior
  • linked the new item to its source, docs, focused tests, related roadmap items, acceptance criteria, estimate, risk/confidence, immutable evidence, and a durable learning

Why

The CLI currently exposes 73 top-level names. Every user capability already maps to an existing simplification slice or a proper extension-owned/noun-verb surface, except three completion plumbing commands that still appear as first-class root commands. The roadmap needed current, status-agnostic evidence without creating duplicate umbrella work.

Impact

This is tracker-only planning and governance. It does not implement the future CLI change or modify product code. It gives future agents a duplicate-safe execution map for command simplification, SDK ownership, token-efficient context, extreme scale, immutable audit history, federation, VCS/digital-twin exemplars, and governance.
