#32 chore(pm): close items delivered by merged pull requests

Automated pm-github merged-PR closeout for unbraind/pm-ado.

The closeout command verified merged-PR delivery and head checks. The proposed tracker change and regenerated changelog passed the fail-closed privacy gate before anything was committed. main is never pushed directly.
