webpki-roots removes the emSign Root CA - C1 and emSign ECC Root CA - C3 certificates, so TLS chains from those CAs will no longer validate. rusqlite 0.41.1 bumps the bundled SQLite version to 3.54.0 and fixes a panic in zero-argument deterministic scalar functions plus use-after-free issues in trace and handler paths; the version bump is API-compatible and required no usage changes.
