Adds an Auto wrap toggle so long code lines wrap instead of forcing horizontal scrolling. Wrapping stays off by default, the preference is remembered between sessions, and line numbers are hidden while wrapping is on. Navigating to diagnostic lines still scrolls to the correct spot while wrapping.
