Give interviewer visible worked examples

The live interviewer knew whether worked examples were visible to the candidate, but did not receive their contents. As a result, questions about a numbered example could be answered from guesses.

This generates the interviewer-side examples from the same problem-bank data used by the candidate page and includes them in the live prompt only when the candidate can see them. When examples are hidden, their contents remain absent from the prompt. The regression test covers both visible and hidden cases.

This is bundle 33 with live prompt 24. The report prompt, rubric, and report schema are unchanged.

Validation: ./scripts/test.sh passes locally. Browser tests that require Chromium, Java, or a built server were skipped because those dependencies were not available in this environment. Optional cargo-audit, actionlint, ruff, and shellcheck checks were also unavailable locally.

Closes #182

Summary by cubic

Gives the live interviewer the actual contents of the worked examples the candidate sees, so questions about a numbered example are no longer answered from guesses. Previously the interviewer knew only that examples were visible, not what they contained.

The examples are generated from the same problem-bank data as the candidate page and appear in the live prompt only when the candidate can see them; when hidden, their contents stay out of the prompt. The regression tests verify the exact shown and hidden example contents and that hiding examples changes only the on-screen exercise content. This bumps the contract bundle to 35 and the live prompt to 26; the report prompt, rubric, and report schema are unchanged.
