What & why
Mobile settings buried setup instructions inside nested cards and sent users to another page to enable Remote Access. Replace that layout with two numbered steps and an inline toggle, using a shared RemoteAccessSwitch with the existing plan gate, confirmation dialog, optimistic update, rollback, and service restart behavior.
Remove the redundant headings, extra external links, and manual sign-in confirmation button. Keep one documentation link and update translations in all supported locales.

How I tested it
- Passed MobileSettings tests covering paid/loading/free states, saved toggle state, disabled state, and a single external link.
- Passed repo-wide typecheck and lint,
bun run check:i18n, andbun run check:plugins. - Captured the screenshot from this worktree's running Electron app (
localhost:3245, CDP9345). Temporarily enabled the localmobile-launchflag, then restored it. - Clicked the toggle on both Mobile and Remote Access settings; each showed the same saved state and existing confirmation dialog. Cancel preserved the setting. Did not confirm a restart of running host services.
bun run testfinished with 34 failures in desktop Git/worktree and shell-environment tests (including Git subprocess exits with status 129). The MobileSettings suite passed within that run; the full suite is not green.
Checklist
