#6563 fix(desktop): hide empty archived workspace lanes

What changed

• open Workspaces in board view by default
• hide archived workspaces by default
• omit empty Merged and Deleted lanes while archived workspaces are hidden
• keep terminal lanes visible when they contain a live workspace, or when an archived window is selected
• preserve explicit List and archived-window choices in shareable URLs

Why

Filtering archived workspaces removed their cards but left empty Merged and Deleted lanes behind. The unused columns consumed horizontal space and made the filter feel incomplete.
