Partial db setup

Tried to set up the db and trpc. Db + web i think works, but the issue is setting up electron. I was imagining the goal is to have a merged trpc router that both proxies our API definition in nextjs (also trpc) and also has extensions / other routers for doing operations locally, but i may just need to look into different approaches for this instead (i.e. just call trpc directly in client, use electron-trpc or w/e for local calls)
