#9432 chore(deps): drop the stray bun tag hunk from the zod patch

Summary

• Drop the leading hunk of patches/zod@4.3.6.patch that created an empty .bun-tag-* file (left over from regenerating the patch, with mismatched a/node_modules/zod/… vs b/… paths). Bun writes its own tag on apply, so it only left a second marker file in node_modules/zod
• The capSize size-check hunks are byte-for-byte unchanged

• Fresh bun install: patch applies, capSize present in both schemas.js and schemas.cjs, a single bun tag, bun.lock unchanged
• lib/api/contracts/chats.test.ts and lib/knowledge/transfer/bundle.test.ts (the patch's regression tests, 13 tests) pass
