chore(deps): replace deprecated OpenTelemetry trace SDK packages with @opentelemetry/sdk-trace

Summary

  • Replace the deprecated @opentelemetry/sdk-trace-base and @opentelemetry/sdk-trace-node deps with @opentelemetry/sdk-trace 2.10.0 (same version as our installed core/resources; it is what sdk-trace-base 2.10.0 already wraps, so there is still a single copy)
  • BatchSpanProcessor/SimpleSpanProcessor take { exporter, ... }, and BasicTracerProvider is TracerProvider in the new package
  • Every batch option is set explicitly, so the OTEL_BSP_* env fallbacks the old wrapper read change nothing
  • Stays on @opentelemetry/api 1.9.x on purpose: OTel JS 3 requires api 1.10, while @trigger.dev/core pins api 1.9.1, and api 1.10 ignores a global registered by 1.9, so spans and logs inside Trigger runs would go to a no-op tracer. The 3.x jump waits for Trigger.dev support
