Content update to apps/sim/content/library/what-is-an-ai-agent-definition-how-it-works-and-examples: Full replacement of the body with the supplied article, keeping the existing slug, folder, and title. Apply these on top:

  1. Keep intact from the supplied article (do not compress, cut, or reorder): the TL;DR; the "What is an AI agent?" definition and its four-part breakdown (Goal-directed / Reasoning / Uses tools / Takes action); the chatbot comparison section; the raw-LLM comparison section; the examples section (support, scheduling, research, coding); and all four FAQ entries.
  2. The new AI Agent vs RPA vs Chatbot vs Copilot comparison table is the headline addition — keep it exactly as supplied, in the position given.
  3. Verify both IBM citations resolve before finishing: the agentic-reasoning link (https://www.ibm.com/think/topics/agentic-reasoning) in the "How do AI agents work?" section, and the RPA-distinction link (https://community.ibm.com/community/user/blogs/ahmed-alsareti/2025/11/04/rpa-vs-agentic-ai-transforming-enterprise-automati) in the "Does RPA count as an AI agent?" FAQ. If either does not resolve, replace it with a current IBM primary source on the same point, or drop the link and soften the claim. Do not ship an unverified citation.
  4. "How do you build an AI agent in practice" is the thinnest section and must not stay generic. Make it map the reasoning → tool → memory → goal loop explicitly onto Sim's Agent block, tool calls, Tables, and Knowledge Bases, so each loop stage names the concrete Sim primitive that implements it. Verify any specific Sim capability claim against the repo or make it qualitative.
  5. Voice pass: the phrases "goal, tools, memory, reasoning" recur near-verbatim across the TL;DR, definition, loop section, and LLM comparison. Vary the wording so it does not read templated, without changing meaning or dropping the concepts.
  6. Internal links — verify every www.sim.ai link against the content folders. Note in particular: the closing links to https://www.sim.ai/library/ai-agents-vs-rpa, which likely does NOT exist as a folder; the RPA post lives at the slug automation-anywhere-alternative. Repoint or replace that link accordingly, and check the scheduling and how-to-create-an-ai-agent links the same way. Do not ship an unverified sim.ai URL. The post should end up with 3-5 valid internal library links.
