Removes Codex (codex mcp-server no longer starts) and GitHub, OpenRouter, Paybox, PlanetScale, Sentry, Stripe (never authenticated) from .ruler/mcp.json. mcp-sync writes every key into enabledMcpjsonServers, which overrode the disabled list in dotfiles.
