Summary

Adds Vuk97/forward-implementation-first to dotagents so agents prioritize shipping real implementation before receipt/hash/lock/certification bookkeeping.

Changes

  • Declare source in SKILLS.txt (alphabetical, one-skill repo pattern with skill id)
  • Refresh skills-lock.json via make skills-lock / install flow
  • Skill installs to ~/.agents/skills/forward-implementation-first (unchanged upstream SKILL.md)
