#11447 feat(registry): add @benday to the registry directory

Adds @benday to apps/v4/registry/directory.json.

benday turns any logo into an animated Ben-Day dot field — a thinking indicator that shows the product's own mark instead of a generic spinner. The image is baked once into a compact dot map, which a small canvas renderer animates through one of seven presets. React is the only dependency.

The registry is flat, the catalog carries no content properties, items resolve at /r/{name}.json, and pnpm validate:registries passes locally.
