chore: exclude generated graphify-out/ from cubic reviews
Problem
graphify-out/ is generated by graphify update .. cubic keeps flagging that generator output (for example, hub lists in GRAPH_REPORT.md). Those findings can't be fixed by hand, and reviewing the files spends cubic's reviewed-line quota.
Approach
Add a partial repo-root cubic.yaml that sets only reviews.ignore.files, with graphify-out/**. According to cubic's docs, the repository file takes highest precedence and merges field by field, so every other review setting still comes from the dashboard. This is the same file as rsenna/roset.sh#30, rolled out to every repo that commits graphify-out/.
Impact
cubic stops reviewing generated graph files; nothing else changes.
Tests run
cubic.yamlvalidates against https://cubic.dev/schema/cubic-repository-config.schema.json (jsonschema, Draft 2020-12).cargo fmt --all --checkpasses. Not run:make buildandmake test, because local cargo linking is broken on this machine (#77); CI covers them, and this change touches no Rust.
An independent pre-push review was clean. It checked that the glob matches this repo's tracked graphify-out/ files, that no other cubic config exists, and that nothing else is in the diff.
Limitations
cubic reads cubic.yaml from the PR branch, so PRs opened before this merges still review graphify-out/ until they include it.

Summary by cubic
Adds a repo-root cubic.yaml to exclude graphify-out/** from cubic reviews, so generator output like GRAPH_REPORT.md no longer consumes reviewed-line quota. All other cubic review settings still come from the dashboard.
- Uses a partial config that only sets
reviews.ignore.files; other settings inherit as before. - PRs opened before this merges will still review
