feat(inboxes): rename the agent enabled-actions flag and field to actions

Summary

The inbox agent's list of allowed actions is now called actions instead of enabled_actions. This follows the API rename in https://github.com/resend/resend-monorepo/pull/12724, where GET /inboxes/:id/agent returns actions and PATCH /inboxes/:id/agent accepts actions.

The inboxes agent update flag is now --actions instead of --enabled-actions, with no alias for the old flag, so scripts using the old one need to change. The invalid value error code is now invalid_actions. The JSON output of inboxes agent get exposes actions and the interactive output prints Actions:. The README and the CLI skill reference say the same.

The installed resend SDK (6.33.0) still sends and reads enabled_actions through resend.inboxes.agent, so the two commands call the agent endpoint through the SDK's get and patch with local types until the SDK ships the new field (https://github.com/resend/resend-node/pull/1156). Once that is published, they can go back to resend.inboxes.agent. The careers commands already call the API this way.

Testing

The agent command tests mock the raw get and patch calls and check the path and the actions body, and the get test checks enabled_actions is no longer in the output. Typecheck, lint and the full test suite pass (172 files, 1395 tests).

Summary by cubic

Renames the inbox agent's allowed-actions field from enabled_actions to actions to match the API. The inboxes agent update flag is now --actions with no alias, the invalid-value error code is now invalid_actions, and both JSON and interactive output expose actions.

The installed resend SDK still sends and reads enabled_actions, so both commands call the agent endpoint through the SDK's raw get and patch methods with local types until the SDK ships the new field. README and CLI skill references are updated to match.
