Publish the sandbox metadata lookup reference from actual Marketing #217 merge 8dfb74bc56ddf276f51d1512eb568d9f4efda9f0. The existing GET /api/sandboxes reference documents optional metadata_only, strict true/false input, invalid-query400 and the boundary that only live status calls are skipped; stored metadata and optional GitHub I/O remain. Omitted/false behavior and access rules are unchanged.

Generated from that exact actual source, whose whole tree equals accepted bfc0695cdfedf1b5d0668321d4b2bcc102f49e08. Base is actual Docs #397 merge 6faef44adbdf87188d87e791e1e8984bb90b3d30, preserving its published Slack correction. Exactly2 of241 managed hashes change (content.json/fullAI); other239 copies, navigation and entire host settings remain unchanged. Provenance pins actual Marketing; fullAI is byte-identical. Only the sandbox GET differs structurally in content.json; all other operations/components are preserved.
