docs: sync catalog song empty-result reference

Sync the corrected catalog-song reference from Marketing #214's actual merge 56ca3970bd9165d9fc1a1678da960efae0408083: successful empty results are 200, catalog access rejection is 403, and server failures are 500. The full copy includes the OpenAPI reference, page and complete AI export; current Context contracts remain intact.

The final delta changes only SOURCE-PROVENANCE's commit from the preparatory candidate to the actual Marketing merge. All 241 copied file hashes, navigation and retained-host settings are unchanged. Source/provenance and whitespace checks pass; both independent exact-head reviews found zero issues, and the current source-check CI passes.

This source candidate is ready for Records/coordinator release review. After merge, verify normal hosted publication separately; draft Mintlify preview was skipped and is not public-content proof. No host cutover, manual deployment, customer/provider/database or authentication operation occurred.
