docs: remove POST /api/notifications (superseded by /api/emails)
Removes the POST /api/notifications contract as part of the chat#1815 cleanup (decided 2026-06-25). Docs-first — the recoupable/api route + handler deletion follows, and the recoupable/cli notifications command re-points to /api/emails.
Why
/api/notifications was the earlier placeholder that emails the account's own address. With to now optional on POST /api/emails (defaulting to the account's own email — docs#252 / api#710), /api/emails fully subsumes it. Two endpoints over the same ground is dead surface area; we standardize on /api/emails.
What changed (pure removal + one link fix)
api-reference/openapi/accounts.json: removed the/api/notificationspath and theCreateNotificationRequest+NotificationResponseschemas (128 deletions, 0 additions; JSON validated).docs.json: removed the Notifications nav group.api-reference/notifications/create.mdx: deleted.cli.mdx: re-pointed thenotificationscommand reference link from/api/notifications→/api/emails(the CLI command is re-pointed in a sibling cli PR).
Sequencing
Lands before close of chat#1815, and after /api/emails to-optional is live so the self-send default is available. CLI re-point + api deletion are sibling PRs.
