Item 3 of chat#1987. One migration: drop table if exists public.songstats_backfill_queue;

Merge only after the api Songstats-removal PR is on prod — until then api/lib/supabase/songstats_backfill_queue/ and the daily playcount-maintenance cron still read and write it. State at 2026-08-27: 868 failed / 70 pending / 148 done rows, last update 2026-07-08; nothing else references the table (grep across api, app, tasks).

After merge: regenerate database.types.ts in api and app (pnpm update-types, run by Patrick) so the songstats_backfill_queue type disappears.
