Summary by cubic

Repointed remaining recoupable.com links to live .dev domains and centralized the email CTA chat link to use getFrontendBaseUrl() so users aren’t sent to dead hosts. Aligns with the domain cutover in chat#1819.

  • Bug Fixes
    • sendApifyWebhookEmail: build the Recoup Chat CTA link from getFrontendBaseUrl() instead of a hardcoded .com URL.
    • getCatalogsHandler: update JSDoc legacy endpoint reference to api.recoupable.dev.
    • registerGetApiKeyTool: switch API/docs URLs in the tool description to api.recoupable.dev and docs.recoupable.dev.
