Retired the prompt_sandbox → run-sandbox-command bridge so async agent work runs on runAgentWorkflow via POST /api/chat/runs. POST /api/sandboxes now only provisions a sandbox. (chat#1813)

• Refactors

  • Removed the prompt_sandbox MCP tool and its registration; deleted lib/mcp/tools/sandbox/*.
  • Deleted triggerPromptSandbox; removed all prompt-trigger plumbing.
  • Simplified processCreateSandbox to return sandbox details only; dropped prompt handling.
  • Updated app/api/sandboxes route and handler comments; request schema now only accepts account_id.
  • Cleaned SYSTEM_PROMPT and the create_knowledge_base tool description to remove sandbox-first references.
  • Pruned or updated tests to reflect the retired tool and prompt-free sandbox flow.

• Migration

  • Use POST /api/chat/runs for async agent tasks; do not send prompts to POST /api/sandboxes.
  • Update any callers referencing prompt_sandbox to the new run workflow.
