Refresh doc fixture hashes after unavailable-operation cleanup
The documentation correction for recoupable/mono#327 removes nine unimplemented method/path contracts from callable OpenAPI and preserves unfinished product decisions in status guides. Refresh the three affected source hashes in the existing published-docs fixture so its provenance remains consistent.
Only sourceHashes for Accounts, Content and Releases change. Every example, contract assertion and runtime source file is unchanged. This does not deliver or cancel the unfinished capabilities.
Validation: all 118 contract tests, response-contract TypeScript, repository ESLint and fixture formatting pass. Marketing companion follows in dependency order; final merge/release belongs to the coordinator.
