Format bytearray attributes in the console exporter
The JSON schema for a bytearray value has 'x-python-datatype': 'bytearray', but the console's JSON args formatter had no entry for it, so printing attributes (verbose=True or include_attributes=True) failed with AssertionError: Unknown data type bytearray and the whole attribute block was lost.
This adds bytearray to DataType and a formatter that prints bytearray(<content>), using the same escaped content the encoder already produces (the same text the bytes formatter prints). A subclass title is used in place of bytearray when present, like the bytes formatter does.
Tests: formatter cases in test_json_args_formatting.py (plain and with a subclass title) and an end to end console test in test_console_exporter.py that logs bytearray(b'a\nb') and checks the escaped output. Adding the value to DataType also makes test_all_types_covered check it from now on.
