Remove the unused Margins landing chapter component and its sole consumer
graphic MarginGap. Both were rendered on the landing page until the Oct
2026 rework (PR #15581) replaced the old chaptered narrative with the new
story chapters (Understand, Agents, Charge). Margins has had no
importers since then, and MarginGap was only ever imported by Margins.
