feat(web): add a page for each catalog version

The versions list shows when each catalog was published, but not what changed. Merchants need to see which products and prices a version had, especially for older versions that existing subscriptions are still on.
This branch adds such a page, accessible from the versions page, and will be the target of links throughout the dashboard where applicable.
There is no real diff view now on this page, as Sebastian will do a glorious view that works like CLI diff view.
Feel free to change anything you want here!
Temporarily fetching subscriptions per product, not optimal. Waiting for new update in another endpoint and will change that, for now though set a cap at 25. WIP
