Add Credit history on customer meter page and update header section.

Changes:

  • Top card and metric chart follow the date range and defaulting to Current Billing Period. Before it was always current state, even if date filter which felt weird. Now it changes with it.
  • Credit history list. Merchant can view the customers source of credits. From benefits or manually granted.
  • Reverse button on recent manual credits and a UI for reversal flow to undo mistaken manual grants.
