Add "Exclude free products" and "New trials" notification settings

"Exclude free products" skips subscription, trial and renewal notifications when every price on the subscription is free; a paid product discounted to $0 is still notified. "New Trials" splits trials out of "New Subscriptions": starting a trial now sends a new "XYZ started a ABC trial" notification (email, push, and the web and mobile notification lists), while a trial's first paid renewal counts as a new subscription instead of a renewal, so "Subscription Renewals" no longer fires for trial conversions. Until scripts/backfill_notification_settings.py has run, new_trial falls back to the member's new_subscription value. The backfill copies new_subscription into new_trial and sets exclude_free_products to false, so both keys can later become required. The mobile app stays on 2026-10 but requests its notification settings with Polar-Version: 2027-01.
