docs: align coordinated typed API and media contracts
Updates the public docs for the API report findings: owned waiters, canonical receipt JSON, typed/coalesced media reupload, MessageRef actions, typed IDs, WASM download bounds, semantic presence/chat activity, partial push-name outcomes, and hosts-only download routes. Includes persisted event JSON migration examples and consistent download retry guidance.
Dependencies and current-source links are pinned to merged core commit 93e5c7f75cdad98472efd218d9bff8a464cf47a7. Core prerequisites oxidezap/whatsapp-rust#1644, #1645, #1646, #1647, and #1648 are all merged. Source permalinks use the same revision.
Validation against that exact core commit:
- 27 extracted Rust example checks pass, including all complete English/Portuguese installation and quickstart examples and the corrected presence, chatstate, and download retry snippets.
- WASM API consumer compiles with SDK + JS features for wasm32-unknown-unknown.
- Executed old/new serde_json probes verify two availability and three activity migrations, unchanged source fields, and three receipt JSON representations.
- All 48 changed MDX pages parse; git diff --check and Mintlify broken-links pass.
- Independent source review found no API contract blockers.
Local mint validate and mint dev cannot write the protected /home/agent/.mintlify cache in this environment. No HOME override or permission change was used. The repository's hosted Mintlify PR preview is the available deployment check; visual inspection was unavailable from this environment. No local full-build success is claimed.
