test(gui): fix sticker fixtures after media field integration
The merged sticker layout regression test does not compile on main aacc1e2: its MediaProps initializer omits chat_jid, and its DownloadableMedia initializer omits file_sha256, static_url and is_thumbnail, added by the other merged media work.
Initialize those four fields with synthetic test values. Only the existing test fixture changes; production behavior is unchanged.
Validation: reproduced both E0063 errors on unchanged main, then ran the complete GUI suite on the integrated tree: 587 passed, 7 ignored. Formatting and diff checks passed. GUI Clippy with all targets/features and -D warnings passed. The complete workspace test run, including doctests, also passed. Codex completed the exact head without findings; CodeRabbit and remote CI qualification are in progress. Follow-up to #270.
