A "Branches" section in AGENTS.md:

• what stable, develop, infrahub-release-x.y and infrahub-develop hold;
• which Infrahub branch pins each one;
• the order in which the bot syncs them, with a link to its rules (opsmill/infrahub-github-bot#57).
