docs: fix dead Onyx Cloud signup link in README

The README's "Onyx Cloud" tip links to cloud.onyx.app/signup, which returns a 404.

Verified with curl: cloud.onyx.app/signup is 404, cloud.onyx.app/auth/signup is 200. Updated the link (both README.md and README.zh-CN.md) to the working path.
