chore(web): remove unused useContentSize hook

Description

This PR removes web/src/hooks/useContentSize.ts. Its only caller was web/src/refresh-components/buttons/SelectButton.tsx, and #16301 deleted that file. Now git grep useContentSize on main finds matches only in the hook's own file. No barrel file re-exports the hook.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • bun run types:check passes with no type errors.
  • The pre-commit hooks pass. These include type coverage, oxlint, oxfmt and feature-map integrity.
